Complaints Procedure

At this present time Playworks Early Days has received no complaints.

If you are dissatisfied with the service you or your child has received at Playworks Early Days then please follow our procedure which is as follows:

  1. Discuss your worry or concern firstly with your child’s own key worker
  2. Telephone or personally speak with the Deputy Manager
  3. Telephone or personally speak with the Manager
  4. Telephone or personally speak with the Proprietor

If you are still not happy with our service and find that your issue has not been resolved, our nursery is regulated by the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales, and we fully respect parents/carers rights to make a complaint to this organisation at any time.
